MEDITATION OF MY HEART

My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

Psalm 49:3

FOR THIS TIME AND PLACE IS SET TO MEDITATE

UPON THE WORD OF GOD.

WELCOME AND BLESSINGS!

In this time and place I have selected verses for your meditation time.  If you are serious about meditating, you will need to make sure of little or no interruptions as possible.  Your time can be as short or long and you want.  The purpose is to clear your mind of world's problems and stress and enter into a realm of spiritual and faithful peace in understanding God's word.  I practice meditation time daily. MIISRAEL

 TO BEGIN:

Soft music can be used,  if desired.

Choose and read from a scripture below, close your eyes, think on and recite the scripture as many times as you want.  You may repeat it orally or silently.

HOW PRECIOUS ALSO ARE THY THOUGHTS UNTO ME.

Psalm 143:5

NEXT YOU CAN CHOOSE PRAYERS OR SILENCE

 YOU CAN DO BOTH.

TIPS:  Your meditiation can be rewarding if your heart is sincere.

Remember to consentrate on Jesus.

If not here, always find sometime to meditate daily.

MEDITATION OF MY HEART IN

PEACE AND QUIET

This part of meditation is for peace and quiet.  Do not speak, only in thoughts and let your heart find the love that God has for you.  Do not think on anything else but Jesus Christ.  Let him have this time with you.  You may want to close your eyes and take several deep breaths.  For longer or extended meditation go back to the beginning repeating the scriptures.  You may end your meditation at any time.

REMAIN SILENT FOR THIS AMAZING TIME OF MEDITATION.

I PRAY FOR US:

OUR FATHER:  Bless this time of meditation.  That I may make my service to you more acceptable in thy site.  Help me clear my mind of troubles, burdens and distractions, that my meditation be complete in concentrating only on my Lord and Savior. Let my heart be filled with love and purity.  Create in me a clean heart.  I give all my spirit to you to worship you and devote my ways to following thy laws and commandments. My mediation is devoted in thy service.  Strengthen me and build me in becoming better each day.  In Jesus name I pray.  Remember me in thy Bloody Bride.  AMEN

WHY MEDITATE?

Meditation is necessary to remain mentally, physically, and spiritually fit to serve God more diligently.  Meditation is also an aid in resisting temptations and sinning against God.  Come and experience techniques that will assist in providing you with a more rewarding private meditation on the Lord. He is the only medicine many of us really need.

Lord of Life!

Let my meditation be upon you.

Spirit of eternal God I praise you.

You have moved inside my body with light.

Out of my heart pours a great love.

Out of my eyes shine a light of living.

I meditate upon you.

Sleep in my bed.

That I hold you closely.

Lie kisses upon my lips

That I speak of you.
