SHOUT!
SPOTLIGHT KID!
BRIANA GRANDERSON OF MEMPHIS, TN
Hello Briana!
Besides being a beautiful girl, Briana shares a beautiful personality and a beautiful mind and spirit. She has been a student at Holy Names Catholic School for 2 years. Briana is a 5th grader in Ms. Sabrio's class. When I asked Briana what's her favorite subject? she quickly stated ..."It's Math!" The eleven year old indulges in several hobbies and displays talents like singing, hip-hop dancing and creating fashion designs. Briana is a A & B student and Shout! is glad to have her in the spotlight because she's a honors student.
Briana enjoys attending church services too, and presently worships at Golden Gate Church and enjoys spending time with her proud parents, Andrew and Sherri Granderson, and her brother Andrew, Jr. I love Briana's wonderfullly bubbling personality! It's no surprise to me; that's why Briana is a SHOUT'S SPOTLIGHT KID! She's earned it! Keep up the good grades Briana!
BRIANA HAS RECIEVED THESE SCHOOL AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES!
FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR:

PRAISE THE LORD!
Shout it out! Have you ever heard of a psalm? If you haven't, a psalm is like a poem or a song of praise. If you haven't ever read a psalm before go you can do it today. Read the psalm I have typed in below, or you can look up one from the Bible. Ask your Mom, or Dad; or a family member to help you find the Book of Psalms. David wrote psalms to the Lord. Try to read a Psalm of David. I write lots of poems, and I write psalms too. It's a way to express your feelings about the Lord. Maybe you would like to write your own poem or psalm. Write a little few words...Like this: Thank You Beautiful Jesus! Read this Psalm of David below:
PSALM 103:1(NIV) Praise the Lord, O my soul, all my in most being praises thy holy name.
For some other ways learn of Jesus, remember to pray and ask your parents to help you read the Bible.

PRAISE & HONOR!
Scripture: And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt show them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.
Exodus: 18:20 (KJV)
PRAISE! I realize you are young, vibrate and raving with excitement to do many things, but practice giving praise to the Lord of Hosts. He has done a very beautiful thing for you. He has given life to you. Offer praise everyday, even if you do it privately. Find time away from the television, away from the music and sports, find a time where you give Jesus praise!
Honor! Many times you see people being honored for things that they have achieved. Receiving a thought or gesture or even a ceremony thanking them for their work at or in participating in a project. This brings honor for their work and involvement. Well, Jesus has done so much you can never honor him enough. Give him honor for things you have accomplished. It may be only a small accomplishment, but honor him! How? well go back up to praise! Then shout out to him how so much he is worthy of honor. So what if you haven't done a lot, honor him for just waking you up and for walking and keeping you each day! He is worthy of honor!
REJOICE! There are so many ways we can find to rejoice about Our Lord Jesus! Why you can rejoice inside yourself. Rejoicing with your heart, rejoicing with tears, rejoicing with your love for him. He makes your heart feel glad because he has saved you! Why not just rejoice with a SHOUT!
I THANK YOU JESUS! IT'LL BE SOMETHING TO SHOUT ABOUT ! KEEP REJOICING EVEN WHEN THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS SO FULL OF FUN!
Hang in there New Generations of Christians, it's a fight, but remember Good always conquers evil! ALWAYS!
Jesus will come again! It is certain Jesus will come again. You can read from these verses I read from of his return: John 14: 1-6 (KJV) You'll shout!
I AM GOD'S CHILD!
"I HEARD THAT SHOUT!"
I LOVE YOU
BLESSINGS TO YOU!
